Survey data collection

Version 1

Assumes SDC holds the before and after business information changes.

It has the ability to show the respondent:

  • the current address
  • the option to use an address already used
  • the requested (new) address change
  • that a change is in progress
  • that a change has been made
  • that a change has been approved
Scenarios
Title Description Action
Senario 1 [user makes change themselves]: They are told letters and correspondence has been going to the wrong location. They want to make sure it goes to the right one… Start
Senario 2 [user changes address for one survey only]: Their company merged with another recently. They are told there should be one address for the first survey going to the accountant, and another for the second going to HR, but they are both currently going to the same address… Start
Senario 3 [a colleague has already requested a change, but it hasn’t gone through yet]: Similar to Scenario 1 they are told letters and correspondence has been going to the wrong location. They want to make sure it goes to the right one… Start
Senario 4 [need to inform the business is winding down]: The business they work for has struggled during the pandemic and will cease to trade. They have been asked to make sure the ONS is notified of this, as they currently fill out business surveys on a regular basis… Start
