- Combines secure messages categorisation with User account creation.
- In this prototype, when respondents ask for help we attempt to solve a respondent's query before they send a message.
- The most common issues are managing access to surveys and information about a survey. This prototype attempts to allow respondents to solve these issues without using a secure message.
- When internal users send a message, they are prompted to categorise the message.
