The chat form popup window from these views are based on the initial requirements but using radio buttons instead of select dropdowns.

Recommendation

View recommended chat form prototype

Advise to research and investigate the need in requiring the language and list of query types for the user to select.

Best practice would be to follow the question protocol and allow the user to provide their initial question in the webchat form which will be passed in to the web chat conversation.

The users prefered language would be determined by the language they have toggled / selected when navigating the census campaign site.
